Role Overview
Gurugram
We are seeking experienced Technical Delivery Leads to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise
engagements built on the SCIKIQ platform. You will set the technical direction for delivery pods,
drive on-time and high-quality outcomes across our modules, and act as the bridge between solution
architecture, engineering teams and client stakeholders across domains .
Required Skills
• Deep, hands-on background in Python-based stacks (Django, FastAPI or Flask) and
microservices on AWS
• Proven experience leading engineering teams of 8–15 across the full delivery lifecycle
• Agile delivery management — sprint planning, estimation, risk and dependency management
• Solution and effort estimation, technical scoping and delivery governance
• Strong stakeholder and client management at programme level
• Solid SQL and fluency with data platform concepts (data warehousing, BI)
• Good understanding of Datawarehousing and Business intelligence with hands on approach
• Should be able to translate the customer requirement into required delivery specs and get this
actioned by the delivery team
Preferred Skills
• Delivery of agentic AI initiatives using LangChain, LangGraph and CrewAI
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks/Datawarehouse/Business intelligence
tool
• Prior delivery of enterprise data, BI or analytics platforms
